Paper Dove Shop is a brain child infused with the creativity of my mom, the passion of my dad, and my effervescent disposition and appreciation for life. What started in 2016 as a hobby, turned into a passion, then acted as a sanctuary. Designing and creating every product serves as comfort for me, and I hope that these fruits of my imagination bring joy and love to those that receive them.

♡ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
-Your estimated ship date can be found in your cart before you check out. It will be shown as "ready to ship in.."
♡ CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
-We accept cancellations within 24 hours. After the 24 hour period has ended we cannot accept cancellations. Even if you have not received a shipping notification that does not mean that your order has not already been packed.
♡ OH NO, I'VE BEEN CHARGED WITH CUSTOM FEES! WHAT DO I DO?
-As frustrating as it is, I am in no way responsible or knowledgeable of customs fees. It is the buyers responsibility to pay these fees. I cannot mark the package as a gift and set the value to $0 as it is a federal offense.
♡ MY ORDER IS SHOWING AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET. WHAT HAPPENS?
-We see this happen a lot. Generally if your order has been marked as delivered but isn't in your mailbox it will show up the next day. If it does not show up you will need to contact USPS. We will not replace/refund any orders that have been marked as delivered.
